BELUGA

Physically, it is the largest and rarest of the sturgeons.. It is so rare that the annual catches of beluga fishes (Huso Huso) almost never exceed 100 units. The beluga is remarkably strong, vigorous, fat-month-old and perpetually nomadic, doggedly following its prey. You have to wait at least up to 20 years to obtain Belugua caviar of excellent quality. Currently, the fish is about two meters long. The full-sized specimen yields about 15% of its weight in caviar. Beluga caviar produces very noble grains; light to dark gray, is highly prized for its large grains and its rare and delicate taste. Remember L,G,G : Large Gray Grains.

ASETRA BLACK ROYAL

It takes between 8 and 12-13 years to obtain caviar from the Oscietra lineage. The longer we wait, the better it will be. Oscietra eggs (Acipenser Guldenstadii) that we select have large grains called Black Royal. They melt in your mouth. The fish is a medium-sized member in the Huso Dauricus family. The asetra measures from 1m50 to 2m and it gives 2 to 4 kg of caviar per individual. The Asetra caviar, dark gray-brown to golden, is breathtaking. It is a variety with a unique nutty flavor that makes it a rare specialty. Again here, the larger the grain, the more you will want them.

GOLD IMPERIAL

"Imperial Gold" caviar is a made-to-order selection of caviar from the species Oscietre Huso Dauricus, from Iran, Belgium and sometimes China. The fish are raised in lakes by the sea and have the necessary space to circulate freely, which gives us the pleasure of appreciating the firmness of their grains. The sturgeon isfed in captivity, thus produces a semi-wild caviar. The choice of our caviars is made by our Iranian expert, Mr Davoud, with 40 years of experience. His selection guarantees a very rare caviar by its golden colors, its large well detached grains, its firm texture and its rather long taste in the mouth.

Iranian caviar offers a pleasant appearance, fragrance and refined taste.

Its shiny grains have variable colors such as gray, pale gray, black, brown and gold. It is a product rich in energy which contains a percentage of proteins, lipids, mineral salts as well as different vitamins: A, C, PP, B2, B6, B12.

Considering that 90% of the world's caviar comes from three kinds of sturgeon from the Caspian Sea: the Serviga, the Oscietra and the most noble of the fish, the Beluga; this rich and incomparable product is nicknamed the pearl of the Caspian Sea.
